BOOKINGS AND CHECK-IN:
* A minimum of 2 Nights per Booking is required
* A 50% Deposit is required to reserve the establishment, and full payment is required before the occupation
* The maximum number of guests allowed on the premises is 2 (children included). A fine of R500.00 per person per day will be imposed on non-compliant guests.
* A Refundable Breakage Deposit of R800.00 is requested which will be refunded 72 hours after departure, provided there are no breakages, items missing or burnt, and the house is left in an acceptable condition.
* A Cleaning Fee of R400.00 is charged
* Check-in time is 15:00-18:00 (or later, by arrangement) and Check-out time is 10:00. A fine of R150/hour will be deducted from the Refundable Breakage Deposit for late Check-out.

Cancellations:

* Cancellations longer than 30 days, are 100% refundable
* Cancellations between 29 days and 15 days, are 75% refundable
